Once Again: Let It Snow!
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) ―
Once again, the Twin Cities metropolitan area was haunted by a wave of pre-Halloween snowfall.
The ghostly white flakes began falling over downtown Minneapolis late Friday morning and continued long after the lunch hour.
WCCO meteorologist Mike Fairbourne, not wanting to scare anyone in the Twin Cities, said the front is moving northeast through the Twin Cities.
Fairbourne said though temperatures were hovering in the mid-30s, thanks to the gloomy cloud cover, they would likely rise into the 40s later in the afternoon, moving the line of snow out but with lingering sprinkles still falling.
The rain should dry up by the end of the afternoon and into the early evening.
People and vampires in the Twin Cities can expect to see some sunlight peeking through on Saturday.
