The two-way conversion of Hennepin Avenue and 1st Avenue has been postponed a day due to the overnight snowfall.
Crews were supposed to complete the changing from one-way streets to two-way streets Saturday.
The city of Minneapolis said because of wet conditions it had to be moved back.
The final work on the conversion involves painting new stripes and putting new signs on Hennepin Avenue first, then they'll work on 1st Avenue. The streets must be dry in order to complete the work.
Officials say, weather permitting, Public Works crews will now start the conversion on Sunday at 10 a.m.
