Frost Expected For Central Minn. With Temps In 20s

(WCCO) The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather warning for portions of central and southern Minnesota for Thursday night.

Officials say a widespread freeze is expected for much of west central and central Minnesota with temperatures falling into the upper 20s. Scattered frost is possible across the remainder of the area as temperatures approach freezing.

There is a chance for snow late Friday night and into Saturday afternoon with accumulation up to 1 inch in certain areas.
