Folks in northeastern Minnesota are getting a preview of fall weather.
A frost advisory was in effect until 7 a.m. Tuesday for parts of northern Minnesota.
The National Weather Service says overnight temperatures dropped into the low 30s for much of northeastern Minnesota and northwestern Wisconsin, with a few places even dipping into the upper 20s.
Pine River, northwest of Brainerd, had a low of 27. Embarrass, in northeastern Minnesota, dropped to 32.
But a quick warm-up is expected. Highs Tuesday are expected to reach the mid 60s to around 70 under sunny skies.
