Frost Advisory Issued Overnight In Northern Minn.
DULUTH, Minn. (AP) ―
The National Weather Service has issued a frost advisory overnight for parts of northern Minnesota.
The agency says high pressure building in Canada will bring clearing skies and decreasing wind over the northern part of the state Saturday night. It says areas of frost could develop, lingering through early Sunday.
The advisory lasts from 9 p.m. Saturday to 9 a.m. Sunday. Overnight temperatures are expected to range from 32 to 37 degrees, with temperatures at ground level perhaps falling below freezing.
The weather service says residents in the area should protect exposed vegetation.
