In August, fast moving water caused millions of dollars in damage in seven counties, but Sunday it was all about celebrating.
The floods caused cars to be swept from the roads and homes washed off their foundations. Seven people died in the tragedy.
People have worked almost every single day on their homes to ensure that they are ready before winter.
However, with the months of hard work ahead, the town of Rushford wanted a break and a day off to relax and celebrate, so that's why they held "Floodapalooza!"
The town celebrated with tribal music, a comedy theater troop, choirs and other forms of entertainment.
Many people said that what's most amazing is about the town is how upbeat the people are and all the work they are completing everyday.
