About a dozen Stockton residents who've been living in FEMA trailers since flooding in August have been put on notice.
The Federal Emergency Management Agency has told them if they don't come up with plans to rebuild their homes soon, they may have to move out of their trailers.
But the residents say they can't come up with the required rebuilding plans because they're still waiting for buyout approvals from the state and federal government.
One of them is Darren Aarre, who says he's stuck because he doesn't want to tear his house down if he's not going to get a buyout.
The Department of Employment and Economic Development says it's currently processing those buyout applications.
FEMA officials say they have no plans at this time to kick out the residents.
