Fargo Allows Businesses To Reopen

Slideshow: Flooding In Red River Valley

FARGO, N.D. (AP) ― The city of Fargo is slowly getting back into a normal routine.

The city says because the Red River is going down and weather conditions are improving, it's no longer requesting that area businesses limit their commercial hours.

Businesses that were closed are free to reopen at 8 a.m. Wednesday.
