'Bobblefoot' Doll Depicts Senator From Sex Sting

The "bobblefoot," as it's called, commemorates the bizarre incident at the Minneapolis-St. Paul airport involving Sen. Larry Craig, R-Idaho.

Baseball fans might not be thinking about homeruns and stolen bases this Sunday. Instead, if they attend the Saint Paul Saint's game, the team's latest toy giveaway will have people talking.
The "bobblefoot," as it's called, commemorates the bizarre incident at the Minneapolis-St. Paul airport involving Sen. Larry Craig, R-Idaho, reports CBS station WCCO-TV in Minneapolis.
He was accused of tapping his foot in a men's room to signal he wanted sex.
"It put our airport on the map at least," joked one baseball fan as he looked at the plastic figurine.
Who wants a souvenir of a senator's shenanigans? Most fans laughed when WCCO-TV showed them the bobblefoot.
"Oh! Larry Craig, yes, the senator from Idaho, Yes. That's good," said a baseball fan.
"Is this a joke? I don't get it," said another fan as he looked at the freebie.
Maybe they didn't see the tiny foot that taps inside the stall, or the graffiti phone number. "For a good time call...."
"Maybe this wasn't right, I don't know. I mean that's the thing, we're gonna find out about it, we think its OK," said Tom Whaley of the Saint Paul Saints.
Whaley said the team keeps a list of memorable news events throughout the year. When it's time to create items to give away at the games, they review the list to see if they can come up with anything timely and tacky. After Michael Vick's dog fighting flack, fans got dog chew toys with Vick's name on them.
Some fans are calling to complain this time. A few threaten on Web sites never to attend another game.
One person who hasn't called is the Idaho senator himself. If he were to call, the team wouldn't be surprised.
Randy Moss contacted the team years ago, wanting the Moss bobblehead that commemorated his traffic agent tirade. That bobblehead, like many, sold on eBay. This one likely will too, if fans get the joke.
"It might be a little bit in bad taste," said one fan.
The bobblefoot will be given away on Sunday. There are 2,500 of them to go around.
