The woman who was found murdered at the Radisson Hotel near the University of Minnesota has been identified.
Alison Daniels, 24, died of a gunshot wound to the head, according to the Hennepin County Medical Examiner.
She was found dead around 6:30 p.m. Monday.
Daniels was from out of town and police said she is not a student at the University of Minnesota.
The Minneapolis Police and the University of Minnesota Police Department are investigating.
They do not have anyone in custody for the murder.
