Foul Play Suspected In Missing Woman Case

The public is asked to call the Anoka County Sheriff's Office at 763-427-1212 if they have any details that could assist detectives to Judy Rush's welfare or location.

On Wednesday neighbors and relatives of Judy Lynn Rush, 56, of Columbia Heights, told Columbia Heights Police she had not been seen or heard from in some time.
Police did not locate Rush at her apartment, but did note the apartment appeared to have been partially ransacked and what detectives now believe to be a "significant crime scene".
From information gathered, detectives from the Columbia Heights Police Department and the Anoka County Sheriff's Office believe the last known witnessed contact with Rush was on or about August 2 to August 4. The whereabouts or welfare her is unknown and detectives conclude foul play is highly suspected.
Rush does not possess a car or a driver's license and relied up on public transportation or rides from friends.
This missing person case is under investigation by the Columbia Heights Police Department , the Anoka County Sheriff's Office and the Anoka County Crime Lab.
