Funeral Services Set For Fallen Officer

The funeral for an officer killed earlier this week will be held Monday.
Shawn Silvera's funeral is scheduled to be at the Epiphany Catholic Church in Coon Rapids, Minn., police said.
Silvera, 32, was hit while laying out stop sticks during a high-speed car chase Tuesday. Steven Douglas Stanke, 26, was charged with murder Thursday in Silvera's death.
Silvera leaves behind a wife and two small children.
A memorial fund has been established for his family. Donations may be sent to the Shawn Silvera Memorial Fund, Lino Lakes State Bank, 7449 Village Dr., Lino Lakes, MN 55014.
