A prostitute is the latest person being held in the death of Howard Porter.
The woman was allegedly with the former Villanova basketball star when he was attacked in May. She is in custody for allegedly aiding and abetting in Porter's murder, and prosecutors have until noon tomorrow to charge her.
Authorities say Porter was trying to trade money and crack cocaine for sex with the woman in her apartment. On Tuesday, 29-year-old Rashad Arthur Raleigh was charged with second-degree murder in Porter's death. Prosecutors believe he was one of four masked men who rushed into the apartment and demanded drugs and money.
The 58-year-old Porter died May 26 -- a week after he was found unconscious in a Minneapolis alley. He was a probation officer for Ramsey County.
