Amtrak has been busing about 600 passengers a day between Minneapolis and Chicago since Sunday.
The flooding that devastated southeastern Minnesota has affected train travelers, too.
Amtrak has been busing about 600 passengers a day between Minneapolis and Chicago since Sunday. Spokesman Marc Magliari said that's because of damaged track near Winona.
Magliari said Amtrak has been trying to find a workaround but hasn't so far. The track is owned by Canadian Pacific Railway. A spokesman there didn't immediately return a call to check on when the track would be back in service.
