(WCCO) WE POWER is back for its third year! Welcome to WCCO-TV's WE POWER at the 2009 Minnesota State Fair! Beginning Thursday, Aug.27, through Sept. 7, 2009, hop on one of our bikes again this year and together, we will create enough energy to power our newscasts with human power!
