The Minnesota Twins have started what's sure to be a busy offseason.
Team officials have been meeting in Florida, and Joe Mauer's contract status tops the list of roster issues that must be resolved following Minnesota's fifth division title in the last eight years.
The Twins are also moving across town, leaving the Metrodome for Target Field. They'll leave behind Kirby Puckett Place, a renamed stretch of street in front of the stadium. An application is pending to name a road along the new ballpark as Twins Way.
Employees will pack up and relocate at the end of the year. The Twins are planning to hold a public garage sale next month as they prepare for the move.
