Brett Favre Wins 'FedEx Air Player Of The Week'

Vikings quarterback Brett Favre and Titans running back Chris Johnson have won the FedEx Air & Ground Players of the Week award for their week 8 games.
Favre passed for 244 yards and four touchdowns against his former Green Bay Packers team. The Vikings won 38-26.
Chris Johnson ran for 228 yards with two touchdowns in the Titans' 30-13 win over Jacksonville Jaguars.
Favre was nominated for the award along with Donovan McNabb of the Philadelphia Eagles and Tony Romo of the Dallas Cowboys.
FedEx will make a $1,000 donation in Favre's and Johnson's name to the local Safe Kids USA coalitions in Minneapolis and Nashville to support pedestrian safety improvements.
