Protesters Arrested In St. Paul

Protesters and some people just attending a concert mixed during scuffles with police Monday. Nearly 300 people were arrested.   Many were later released without being charged.

A pedestrian was reportedly struck by a motorcycle in the intersection of 9th Street East and Jackson Street in downtown St. Paul.
