Runners Brave Wet, Chilly Twin Cities Marathon

Thousands of runners hits the streets of Minneapolis and St. Paul on a wet and cold Sunday, competing in the 26th annual Twin Cities Marathon. The race time temperature was 48 degrees and overcast, with on and off rain from start to finish.
