Waterspout Reported On Leech Lake

Viewers sent us pictures of a reported waterspout on Leech Lake Sunday afternoon.  The National Weather Service said a waterspout is a tornado over water.  Waterspouts can happen over seas, bays and lakes and happen across the world.
