The "American Carnage Tour," featuring heavy metal giants Slayer and Megadeth with special guest Testament, will take over St. Paul at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 4 at the Roy Wilkins Auditorium. Tickets go on sale at noon on Friday, Dec. 4.
