A Place Where The Sky Meets Water And The Water Meets The Land

Palisade Head is located on the North Shore of Lake Superior.

Palisade Head was formed by molten lava billions of years ago. The cliffs rise 300 feet from the water and on a clear day, people can see to the Apostle Islands about 30 miles away.
