Carlsen Twins Leave The Hospital

Formerly conjoined twins Abbigail and Isabelle Carlsen left the Mayo Clinic on June 3, 2006, 100 days after they were admitted for separation surgery.

The staff at Mayo say they'll miss the Carlsen twins. Here, nurse Molissa Germscheid holds Belle while nurse Sara Gasper tends to Abby. A farewell reception scheduled for June 5.
