Sen. Norm Coleman told WDAY-AM that he'll start thinking about facing another opponent in the race only if Ventura registers before the Tuesday deadline. Until then, he said he's got nothing to say.

Ventura has hinted recently that he would run for Senate as an independent.
Coleman, a Republican, is seeking a second term. Democrat Al Franken has already filed to run.
