Major Storm To Dump On Mid-Atlantic Tuesday

Snow blew across the Midwest Tuesday on track for the hard-hit Mid-Atlantic region, where federal government offices were closed for a second straight day and utility workers struggled to restore power knocked out by a weekend blizzard. Some spots along the east coast can expect up to 2 feet of snow and 30 mph winds, CBS "Early Show" weather anchor Dave Price says.
