Minn. Family Of Dead Spring Breaker Wants Answers

ST. PAUL (AP) ― The family of a University of St. Thomas student found dead at a resort hotel in Mexico says they want more answers about his death.

Mexican officers are investigating the death of 20-year-old Joshua Gunderson of Oak Park Heights as an accident. He was found early Tuesday morning in his hotel room bathroom.

Gunderson's uncle, Brian Gunderson, says relatives have been unable to directly question the families of his nephew's two traveling companions.

He says he had no reason to believe foul play was involved in his nephew's death, but he was unsure whether his nephew was alone or with his two companions when he died.

A visitation is scheduled for Monday at the Bradshaw Celebration of Life Center in Stillwater.
