1 Dead, 1 Injured After North Minneapolis Shooting

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) ― One man is dead and another wounded after a shooting in North Minneapolis Thursday evening.

Minneapolis Police were called to a shooting on the 5100 block of 6th Street North shortly after 5 p.m. When police arrived, they found two men with gunshots wounds.

One man was pronounced dead at the scene. The other man, who sustained a gunshot wound, was transported to North Memorial Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries, according to police.

No one has been arrested and police are following leads. Police have not released the identity of either victim.
