Mothers Of Bride, Groom Brawl Over Wedding Plans

CHASKA, Minn. (WCCO) ― Here comes the bride -- or here comes the battle? The mothers of an engaged couple reportedly engaged in a fist fight over arguments about who was paying for what in their children's upcoming nuptials, according to the Chaska Police Department.

Police say one of the women said she was assaulted by her son's fiancée's mother during an argument about the upcoming wedding.

The women have had disagreements in the past but this time it led to a scuffle over paperwork and punches were reportedly thrown.

Chaska Police continues investigation and charges will be filed, if appropriate.
