Man Federally Indicted For Cocaine, Meth

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) ― A Minneapolis man was federally indicted for distributing cocaine and methamphetamine in the area, which he has allegedly been doing since the beginning of 2003.

Albert Arnold Garcia, 49, was indicted on Oct. 20 on one count of conspiracy to distribute controlled substances and one count of meth possession with the intent to distribute.

According to the U.S. Department of Justice, Garcia is accused of knowingly conspiring to distribute the drugs between January 2003 and Feb. 25 of this year. He is charged with having 5 or more grams of meth on that date.

Garcia faces as many as 40 years in jail on each count if convicted.
