Patriot Guard To Escort Soldier's Body To Olivia

Family, Patriot Guard riders and fellow soldiers will escort the body of a Minnesota National Guardsman back home to Olivia today.
Twenty-year-old Spc. James Wertish was among three Minnesota soldiers killed last week in an insurgent attack in Iraq.
Wertish was from rural Olivia, in west-central Minnesota. His funeral will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Bird Island, with burial in the Olivia cemetery.

Spc. Jacob Benson, 22, of Willmar is recovering from injuries suffered in that same insurgent attack near Basra in southern Iraq. On Sunday, the Stillwater-based 34th Military Police Company, 34th "Red
Bull" Infantry Division confirmed Benson was in stable condition.
