Interstate 29 Reopened From Fargo To SD

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) ― Interstate 29 has reopened from Fargo to the South Dakota border.
  
The interstate had been closed overnight in southeastern North Dakota due to blizzard conditions. Officials said it reopened at 10 a.m., though there was at least one detour around an exit where water was over the road.
