Fire Destroys Vacant Greenfield House

GREENFIELD, Minn. (WCCO) ― A fire destroyed a house in Greenfield, Minn. early Friday morning.

The fire started around 1 a.m. in a house on the 5600 block of Lake Rebecca Trail. Fire crews had a hard time setting up to fight the fire because the road leading to the house wasn't plowed because the house was vacant.

Crews had to pull lines through the front yard to get water on the fire.

No one was injured.
