Joseph Mathew Lenz was about to drive with his son in the car when police stopped him. He blew a 0.375 and was arrested at the Lucy Winton Bell Park in West Lakeland Township on June 3, 2009.

Police say a Lake Elmo father blew on a 0.375 alcohol breath test after being pulled over with his son in the car.
According to the Washington County Attorney's Office, an anonymous call from a West Lakeland Township sports complex led them to Joseph Mathew Lenz.
Parents, coaches and neighbors were all concerned as they watched Lenz, who looked drunk, get in his SUV with his son at the Lucy Winton Bell Park in West Lakeland Township last Wednesday.
Someone was concerned enough that they called the Washington County Sheriff Office.
Susan Harris with the Washington County Attorney's office said deputies arrived before Lenz pulled out of the parking lot.
"They told him why they had stopped him and he said he just had a few drinks. He himself said well, give me a PBT, the breathalyzer test," said Harris.
Lenz blew a 0.375 and was arrested at the park. Family members were called to get his son.
Now Lenz faces charges of driving under the influence as well as child endangerment. He also faces a probation violation for a prior DWI conviction six months ago.
Lenz's blood alcohol content was more than four times the state limit to drive. According to the Minnesota State Police even for someone with a high tolerance, .375 is enough to be close to blacking out.
