No One Hurt In School Bus Crash In Detroit Lakes

DETROIT LAKES, Minn. (AP) ― Just a day after a deadly school bus crash near Cottonwood, another school bus crash rattled students in northwestern Minnesota.

No students were injured in Wednesday's school bus crash about a mile northwest of Osage on State Highway 225.

Becker County Sheriff Tim Gordon says the Park Rapids school bus was rounding a curve when it collided with a pickup truck.

A dozen students were on the bus at the time. The driver of the bus was also uninjured.

But the driver of the pickup was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital in Park Rapids to be treated for minor injuries.

On Tuesday, four students died and more than a dozen people were injured when a van collided with a school bus near Cottonwood. That crash is still being investigated.
