Democrats in the Third Congressional District are meeting in Wayzata this morning to endorse a candidate.
They'll choose between Iraq War veteran Ashwin Madia and state Senator Terri Bonoff.
Madia worked as an attorney while in Iraq. He's picked up at least one high-profile endorsement, from Representative Keith Ellison, and both campaigns have him leading in delegates.
Bonoff says legislative duties kept her from ramping up her campaign until recently, but she says she's in it to win.
