A Minnesota couple showed their love for one another with a little dance party during their wedding. The members of the wedding party were strutting their stuff down the aisle. The dancing may have been just a fun, private memory. But then it hit YouTube.
Usually you have to force people to sit down and watch your wedding video, not the case here.
"I think it was one of the first things we decided on when we got engaged. I had always wanted to dance down the aisle," said 'The Dancing Bride' Jillian Peterson.
Jillian and Kevin's big day has gone big time. No tentative, nervous steps here. They are grooving and vowing to each other to always be true to their inner rhythm.
"It was really exciting and everyone was so happy and into it. It was hard not to have a lot of fun with it," said 'The Dancing Groom' Kevin Heinz.
The couple put the video on YouTube just a couple days ago just so friends and family could see.
"I posted the video on Sunday or Monday, so the fact that we're even doing this interview is kind of crazy to us," said Heinz.
"I always love musicals and theatre and using that to make things special and more emotive. I think you can say a lot through dance. So, I think doing it at the church was really something special to set the tone for the whole thing," said Peterson.
It is happily ever after for the dancing bride and groom who are thrilled to share their big day with friends, family and YouTube viewers.
"Our kids will dance," said Peterson. "They'll definitely have some rhythm," added Heinz.
On Thursday evening, nearly a half million people had checked out the YouTube video.
Jill and Kevin were at the airport in the video story because they were flying to New York to be on a couple national network morning shows.
