Teacher Charged With Child Pornography

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) ― A Eden Prairie, Minn. teacher has been charged with three felony counts of possession of child pornography.

According to the criminal complaint, the wife of Scott Charles Slocum, 53, reported images of child pornography that she was shown by her husband.

Slocum is a teacher in the Minneapolis Public Schools.

Forensic examinations were performed on five computers at Slocum's residence. Three hard drives revealed evidence of child pornography, according to the charges.

The defendant is not currently in custody.
