Every year, Money Magazine ranks out the best cities in the U.S. to live. And this year, Chanhassen nearly topped the list.
The Minneapolis suburb ranked second, just after Louisville, Colo. and ahead of Papillon, Neb.; Middleton, Wis.; and Milton, Md.
Money Magazine cited Chanhassen's significantly low unemployment rate, saying it was "more than three percentage points below the national average in May."
The magazine also said property taxes dropped every year for the last five years.
Chanhassen wasn't the only Minnesota city that made Money's list, either. Chaska was ranked the 20th best place in the nation, Lino Lakes 36th, and Owatonna squeaked into the top 100 at slot number 97.
No cities with populations over 100,000 made their top 100 list.
