Car Hits Tree, Splits In Half; Driver Survives

A car spilt in half after hitting a tree in St. Paul Friday night, but miraculously the driver survived.

It happened around 11 p.m. at Plato Boulevard and Robert Street.

Police said the man inside the car survived and was taken the hospital in serious condition.
