Mpls. Bus Driver Acquitted Of Charges

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) ― A Minneapolis bus driver was cleared on charges after he was accused of not letting an 11-year-old girl off the bus.

Jose Lopez had been charged with false imprisonment and 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct.

Lopez was acquitted on both counts Tuesday.

The girl had accused Lopez of not letting her off the bus and touching her on the arm and leg.
