A 2-year-old boy was killed after being struck by a car in Glyndon.

The Clay County Sheriff says a 2-year-old boy was killed after he was struck by a car on a rural road near Glyndon.
The Sheriff's Office identified the victim as Gage Jacobson, of rural Glyndon. The accident happened on Saturday afternoon.
Sheriff Bill Bergquist says the boy had been riding on a four-wheeler with his father, Jon Jacobson. The sheriff says the boy darted into the road on foot and was struck by a car.
The Sheriff's Office and the Minnesota State Patrol are investigating the accident.

Glyndon is about three and a half hours north of Minneapolis, near Moorhead.
