Fall Apple Salad

Ingredients
3 cups Diced Sweet Sixteen Apples
3 cups Diced Gala Apples
3 cups Diced Red Delicious Apples
3 cups Diced Celery
1/2 cup Raisins
1/2 cup Golden Raisins
1/2 cup Diced Dried Apricots
1/2 cup Toasted Walnuts
1/2 cup Toasted Almonds
4 cups Mini Marshmallows
1 cup Mayonnaise
2 cups Fresh Whipped Cream
1/2 tsp Fresh Ground Cinnamon
To taste Fresh Ground Nutmeg
Preparation
Mix all ingredients except the whipped cream in a large mixing bowl.
Once all ingredients are thoroughly mixed, gently fold in the fresh
whipped cream.
