Minneapolis
Minneapolis will not host its "Red, White and Boom" fireworks celebration. Instead on July 3, a laser light show will go on at Boom Island Park. Although the traditional annual event won't be taking place, smaller-scale celebrations will happen throughout the Twin Cities.

St. Paul
St. Paul is not holding an official fireworks display this year, but the St. Paul Saints will be having a fireworks display after their games on Independence Day weekend. The Saints will have a fireworks display after their Friday night game, and will have a Monster Food Truck rally with Fireworks Super Show after their games on Friday and Monday night. All games will be against the Gwinett Stripers.
