Some big stars are heading to Duluth next week.
George Clooney and Renee Zellweger will make Duluth the first stop on a four-city media tour promoting the upcoming movie "Leatherheads."
The movie is a romantic comedy inspired by the Duluth Eskimos football team in 1925.
Clooney plays Dodge Connolly, a charming, brash football hero determined to guide his team from bar brawls to packed stadiums. Zellweger stars as Lexie Littleton, a spitfire newswoman who suspects there are holes in one player's war story.
Clooney also directed the film, which opens in theaters Friday, April 4.
The pair will hold a press conference in Duluth at 11 a.m. Monday, at the Lake Superior Railroad Museum.
Other cities on the tour include Maysville, Kentucky; Salisbury, North Carolina; and Greenville, South Carolina.
