Attorneys for Olga Marina Franco Del Cid made their case in Redwood Falls during a hearing Thursday. Judge David Peterson says he will issue a written ruling.
Last month a jury in Kandiyohi County found Franco guilty of 24 charges, including four counts of criminal vehicular homicide.
Franco lived in Minneota when the crash happened Feb. 19. near Cottonwood. The Guatemalan immigrant is in the country illegally.
