An attorney for former 1970s radical Sara Jane Olson says she may seek a new hearing on Olson's fate.
Olson, who lived underground in Minnesota for years, was freed last week after serving six years in prison. But Olson was soon re-arrested and authorities said her parole had been a mistake.
Olson's attorney Shawn Chapman Holley has vowed to fight for her client's prompt release.
One of Olson's co-defendants in a bank robbery case says she's being singled out unfairly. Former SLA member Michael Bortin says no one opposed parole for him or two others who pleaded guilty in the bank robbery.
Borton says there's a "vendetta" against Olson.

In 1999, to raise funds for her defense, Olson
published a 100-page cookbook titled, "Serving Time: America's Most
