Officials ID Little Canada Murder Victim

LITTLE CANADA, Minn. (AP) ― Authorities have released the name of the 25-year-old man shot near his Little Canada apartment.

Officials say Timothy Earl Williams died of multiple gunshot wounds Sunday outside Montreal Courts Apartments.

Ramsey County Sheriff's Commander Mike Salter says the shooting was not random.

Authorities haven't said whether they have suspects.
