Charges Expected Against 3 For Shooting At Home

EAGAN, Minn. (WCCO) ― Charges are expected to be filed this week against three people who shot at a home in Eagan on Friday.

Police haven't yet said why Matt Slaby, Shanley Dunn and Matt Stankey were threatening a man inside the home on at about 10:30 p.m. Friday.

According to police, a resident said three people were threatening him with a gun and fired multiple shots at his house. The suspects fled from the residence on the 4500 block of Whitetail Way before police arrived. The victim was able to provide police a description of the car.

Police quickly found their car and pulled them over. Officers say one of the three tossed the gun out the car window. It was found on the side of the road.

During the stop, one suspect ran. They were found Saturday morning. The other two were brought into custody Friday night. No one was hurt in the shooting.
