Man Arrested For 2-Year-Old's Death

WORTHINGTON, Minn. (AP) ― A man has been arrested in the death of 2-year-old Samantha Fraga, who died March 20 in Worthington.
  
Nobles County sheriff's deputies arrested Josue Fraga without incident on Wednesday in the city of Adrian, which is about 15 miles west of Worthington in southern Minnesota.
  
Fraga is in the Nobles County Jail. He's expected to make his first court appearance before the weekend.
  
Worthington police say he will be formally charged with two counts of second-degree murder and one count of first-degree criminal sexual conduct.
  
The arrest followed a medical examiner's report saying the child died of head injuries, body bruises, injuries to her genitals and rectum and a ruptured stomach.
